Home Improvement Agency Market Engagement

Cheshire West and Chester Council has a contract in place for the delivery of Home Improvement Agency services, alongside two other housing-related contracts. These contracts end in June 2027, and we are exploring options for the future. We would like to engage with Registered Providers of social and affordable housing, and providers of Home Improvement Agency services to get an understanding of the market - is there an appetite to deliver a similar contract, and what would the potential costs be.
