Calderdale Adult Learning (CAL) Fund

The Borough Council of Calderdale is to commission a service that delivers accredited and/or non-accredited courses to adult learners in Calderdale. All subcontracting must meet Calderdale Adult Learning strategic aims and enhance the quality of our learner offer in line with the Calderdale Adult Learning Strategic Plan. The Service is required to increase the number of adult learners (aged 19 years or over) in Calderdale, by identifying and engaging hard to reach and vulnerable groups of adult learners within local communities and designing, developing and delivering training programmes to meet the learning needs of those adult learners. Allowance per organisation up to £10,000 plus a further £10,000 for ESOL only.
