Partnership Scheme in Conservation Area (PSICA) for Appleby

A Partnership Scheme in Conservation Areas (PSiCA) will be delivered in Appleby in Westmorland, Cumbria from May 2018 - March 2021 by Eden District Council. We are seeking professional services to undertake Condition Appraisals to Historic England standards of up to 30 properties and public realm structures in the town. Additionally more in depth appraisals will be made on two other properties. The chosen consultants will then assist EDC in the preparation of a delivery plan for the scheme and provide ongoing technical advice and support regarding specifications of proposed works. It is expected that for the initial 3 month period the works would be full time and then would be on a retained time of 1 day per 3 month period.
