Description
Gloucestershire County Council has sought interest from suitably-qualified tenderers from the market to enter into a Master Services Agreement (the "Contract") for the delivery of residential and nursing care services at Council homes (the "Services"). The Procurement is being run by the Council on behalf of itself. The Council is acting as the sole lead organisation throughout the Procurement and for management of the Contract. The Procurement has resulted in the selection of a single provider to enter into the Contract for the Services. The Council has used the competitive flexible procedure under S20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. For the purposes of the Procurement Act 2023, the Contract is a Light Touch Contract; as such, the Council is only bound by the Procurement Act 2023 to the extent that it regulates Light Touch Contracts.
