Framework Agreement for Adaptations Works for Southend on Sea Borough Residents (and Other Contracting Authorities in Essex) 2018

Southend on Sea Borough Council is carrying out this procurement exercise in the form of an EU Open Tender for the Provision of Adaptation Works under a Framework Agreement within the boundaries of Southend on Sea Borough Council "the Works" and those within the boundaries and areas of operation of other Contracting Authorities and Public Bodies who have been named on the OJEU Contract Notice (REF: 2018-OJS078-173155) and who decide to enter into Call Off Contracts with Framework Providers. The Council are seeking suitably qualified organisations who have the required experience as first-tier suppliers receiving personalised Adaptations referrals to appoint to a framework for the supply and installation of home adaptations (mainly accessible bathrooms) for older and disabled residents in Southend on Sea. The framework agreement will provide for suppliers to deliver the supply and installation of bathroom, kitchen and other adaptation works, including associated building works, to owner occupied, privately-rented and RSL properties. The Council intend to appoint 6-8 Suppliers to the Framework Agreement; tenderers should bear in mind the values displayed are the total values among all potential suppliers and incorporating any potential extensions to the Agreement.
