Drugs and Alcohol Training Package

The Hybrid training contract will provide training for residents in Northamptonshire, training for front line workers, managers, practitioners, and internal and external stakeholders. The Provider will be required to produce skills audits for the workforce across key agencies, produce online bespoke training, deliver training on online platforms, deliver face to face training for key agencies, produce a communication plan to advertise the training and work with managers and HR leads to embed key training modules into stakeholder's job descriptions. There will be a key focus on substance misuse, but this will also vary to suit the learning and development needs of residents and stakeholders in relation to key public health priorities across West Northamptonshire and on behalf of North Northamptonshire.
