The provider will provide an Autism Assessment and Intervention team aligned to mainstream health and social care. The service will provide a diagnostic pathway for adults suspected of having Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and manage a sub-contract to provide education, training and employment support. This notice, without call for competition, signals the CCG intention to procure the Autism and Diagnostic Service, through a competitive tendering process. The service will provide a diagnostic pathway for adults suspected of having ASD and its Service Objectives will be : •To deliver a diagnostic service for adults (18+) who may have ASD (including Asperger's Syndrome). •To deliver a service for reviewing patients already diagnosed with ASD where an expert review is needed.
