St Paul's Groundworks

To appoint a sub-contractor to carry out all adopted roads and drainage works, foundations, plot and internal drainage, service trenches and hard landscaping works to 19 new build plots. The dwellings being built are of traditional brick/block cavity construction and are semi-detached and detached. The works are to include substructures, roads to adoptable standards, parking bays to adoptable standards, public footpaths, private drives and parking bays, hard landscaping/front paving, plot paths, site drainage, plot drainage and service trenches.
