The aim of this award is to appoint a service provider to provide Mechanical and Electrical consultancy services for the 'Chilled Water System Remedial Works' at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Duties shall comprise the development of the M&E services design for the refurbishment works progressing through RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 2 - 6, including the tender stage of the project for the two work streams: · Chilled Water System Electrical Infrastructure Remedial Works (including Detailed Design) · Performance Design of Chilled Water Low-loss Header Replacement Work
