Investment Partnership Contract

This notice is to formally confirm the award of a Call off Contract under OJEU 2019/S 034-076867 for Investment Partnership Framework Contract. The objective of the Investment Partnerships Call Off Contract is to establish an entity (formed as an LLP jointly controlled by South Cambridgeshire District Council and the supplier and subject to a form of Members Agreement constituting the Call Off contract)) for the identification of properties or land for development of new homes and commercial premises. These opportunities may deliver long-term socio -economic benefits as well as positive financial returns for the Council in the form of future income streams or capital uplifts.
