GB-Thurrock: Thameside Primary Academy Building Extension Works

NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 April 2016 for the following reason: - Supplier details, value and award date amended (see section 9). Date of contract award to be amended to 27/01/2016. Period of work start date to be amended to 08/02/2016.Provision of construction works for Thameside Primary Academy located in Grays, Essex. The Council requires an extension to built to the existing school including the provision to accommodate an increase from three form entry to four form entry. The new build is to include additional teaching spaces and associated facilities, additional class rooms, car parking and an upgrade in dining and catering facilities, to be brought into use for the September 2016 school term. The form of contract shall be JCT STANDARD FORM (WITHOUT QUANTITIES) SBC/XQ 2011.
