This early engagement notice relates to the future commissioning and procurement plans for the provision of Community Independent Living Services (CILS) Health and Wellbeing services within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Authority is seeking to understand if there is a well-established market of suitably experienced organisations who deliver CILS and/or similar services and to gain insight into the level of interest of organisations in a potential future contract opportunity for provision of local Health and Wellbeing Services.
