Description
Provider for the provision of Fire Safety Equipment Testing, Maintenance and Repairs Services, to ensure Great Places meets regulatory requirements and to protect its employees and Residents. The Service covers approximately 900 buildings across the North West and South Yorkshire, including cyclical maintenance, routine testing (monthly and weekly), reactive and planned repairs over a 5 year duration. Scope covers Communal Fire alarms, and alarms linked within flats, Fire alarm remote monitoring, Emergency Lighting, Fire extinguishers, Dry risers, Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs), Sprinklers, Monitoring systems/devices (Fire alarms), Fire shutters, Generators, Jet fans, Misting system, Carbon monoxide monitoring and other fire related works and/or services may also be requested through the contract on a planned and adhoc basis.
