Description

Independence and Wellbeing Enfield Limited is seeking to appoint a Single Provider for the provision of an Approved Repairer service for Enfield Wheelchair Service. The Provider will provide engineers with extensive experience in a wide range of wheelchairs and accessories. The following is not an exhaustive list but does encompass the key elements of the service requirements: • Storage of Wheelchairs, all types and accessories, compliant with relevant Health and Safety and Infection Control Regulations • Repairs and Maintenance (PPM) • Safety Reports • Decontamination • Reconditioning • Collection • Delivery • Decommissioning/Scrapping • Accepting receipt of wheelchairs-goods in process • Emergency Call Outs • Recycling of accessories and part where possible • User feedback survey • Service User complaints
