Description
Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) awarded the contract for Monitoring Evaluation and Learning for Global Mine Action Programme 3 (MEL GMAP3) to ITAD Ltd following a compliant tender exercise via a call off competition under under Lot 3: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, High Value Lot (>£600k) of FCDO - Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA). The contract is for the provision of central MEL that covers all the mine action contracts, including already awarded GMAP3 Afghanistan, Ukraine (planned for August 2023) and a contract covering up to eight additional countries (Angola, Cambodia, Ethiopia (on the border with Somalia), Laos, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan and Zimbabwe) which is expected to commence in October 2023. The contract value is £951,352 for the initial duration of the contract (11 July 2023 - 31 July 2025) with the value of the extension options of up to £1.0 million. The contract has an extension options of up to 24 months in total.
