John Colet School Cleaning Service Tender

Currently managed by Birkin Services the School is placing their Cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional Cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 5th September 2018; with a contract start date of 1st November 2018It should be noted that a majority of the existing cleaning staff are in the Local Government Pension School; this via Admitted Body Status (ABS) with the current contractor.It is a requirement of this tender that if the contract moves to another contractor a new ABS agreement will have to be obtained.
