Grounds Maintenance Contract

Sheen Mount Primary School is seeking a grounds maintenance contractor to provide the following service: 2 people, 2-3 hrs per week - every week during the Autumn term (Sep-Dec), once per fortnight during the other two terms and in school holidays. Ideally mornings 7.30-9.30 or 8-10 (noisy works can only be carried out 8-8.30am) or afternoons 4-6pm. Large part of work is leaf blowing/collection and removal from site - especially in autumn Sapling control Weed control/spraying Edging/strimming/cutting back around playground areas and field - as necessary Maintaining two planters outside KS1 classrooms Cutting back shrubs/hedges (lower level) as required Lawn mowing - a proposal is also sought for the school sports field maintenance, e.g. aeration, mowing etc.
