Provision of Legal Services for Contracts & Public Procurement activities

The sourcing exercise is for the provision of an organisation that will provide the Insolvency Service with services to legally assess Commercial projects (sourcing requirements), variations to existing contracts, novel and/or contentious Commercial projects or contractual issues as required by the Agency to support Commercial activities. The assessments will predominantly be required to consider and detail any risks or issues with the sourcing approach or planned Commercial action to be undertaken.
