Torus Foundation is looking for a suitable qualified organisation to develop and deliver marketing campaigns which attract two specific cohorts of unemployed and economically inactive women and anyone unemployed living Warrington and Cheshire on to the New Leaf programme. The campaigns need to attract new participants before November 2022. The programme needs an additional 900 people of which 60% are to be women and 60% unemployed.
