The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) invites suppliers and providers to participate in pre-market engagement for a potential Public Health Related Services framework. This falls under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and is governed by the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply.<br/><br/>This framework aims to support ICSs, ICBs, NHS England, local authorities, NHS trusts, and other providers, fostering a unified approach to public health commissioning.
