Supply of Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

Due to legislative requirements and for the purposes of maintaining an up to date record of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for use in future funding applications, ERYC are now looking to appoint a Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out EPCs for a pre-selected list f our existing housing properties where no valid EPC exists, and also where existing housing properties become void in preparation for a new rental or a housing property is sold under the 'right to buy' (RTB) scheme, for a contract term of 8 (eight) months.
