Milking Bank Primary School - Replacement Hall Roof

Request for Quatation (RFQ) for a Replacement Hall Roof at Milking Bank Primary School, Aintree Way, Dudley DY1 2SL. Purpose of the Contract: The Schools existing hall roof has existing issues and past end of life repairs. The new roof installation will be a significant piece of work for the school in the current climate. Scope of Services: The school’s existing roof is to meet the requirements moving forward to make sure the roof is up to standard as current conditions are in a poor state. This will allow the roof to last for another 25 years moving forward. Contract Start is 20th July 2026.
