Educational Academy-Refurbishment, Alteration and New Build Works

The works involve fast track refurbishment, alteration and new build activities at an existing Educational Academy. The project will create temporary accommodation to suit a specific educational need. The works will be procured via a JCT ICD contract with elements of contractors design.
