Debt Recovery Services

GreenSquare owns or manages over 12,000 properties and works in partnership with many statutory and regulatory agencies. Historically, debt recovery has been managed in-house from a team of two full time equivalent members of staff, with occasional use of an external debt collection company. GreenSquare wish to outsource the recovery of historic debts from former tenants (the 'Client') where GreenSquare's internal recovery processes have been exhausted, under a contract for services (the 'Contract') for two years with the potential to extend for a further period of up to twelve months (or part thereof) by mutual agreement. Under the Contract, GreenSquare shall be the Principal and the Supplier shall be acting in the capacity of an Agent. GreenSquare invites Tenders from potential Suppliers (the 'Tenderer') with the necessary skills, knowledge and resources to provide the Services in consideration for a commission of recovered debts at the rate tendered by the Supplier and accepted by GreenSquare.
