Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are looking to appoint a design and delivery partner for the supply, installation and commissioning of low-carbon heating and energy efficiency systems (including air source heat pumps and photovoltaic (PV) systems) across four council-owned commercial properties. This procurement exercise is being carried out as a further competition exercise via Fusion21 Decarbonisation framework.
