Leadership of the Logistics & Distribution Cluster for the West Midlands

An RfQ was developed to commisson an organisation to be the distinct logistics and distribution cluster lead for the West Midlands. The primary objective shall be to represent, promote, and advance the interests of the logistics cluster in line with and building on our existing Steering Group structure. The innovation and business growth aspect can add most value in this commission, setting out the opportunities and needs of different types of logistics businesses to innovate, move up value chains and ultimately become more productive.
