Cleaning Services

Flatted Blocks, Walton Court Centre, Wycliffe End and Independent Living Schemes. The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is responsible for managing the cleaning service to a number of properties located throughout Aylesbury Vale, including approx. 195 multi-occupancy flatted blocks and 15 independent living schemes. The Trust is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to undertake building cleaning services throughout the district of Aylesbury Vale. The scope of services includes the cleansing of: - Windows (internal and external), - Entrance Lobbies, - Corridors and communal lounges, - Bin stores and chutes, - Lifts, - Communal Kitchens and Laundries, - Communal toilets and communal shower / bathroom, - Guest bedrooms at Independent Living Schemes, - Stairways.
