Data collection for a new national clinical audit, the National Clinical Audit of Perioperative Care (NCAPC) to start in October 2026. To produce a scalable, secure and interoperable platform to support the National Clinical Audit of Perioperative Care (NCAPC), enabling: • Collection of national perioperative audit data • Linkage with UK NHS datasets (HES, ECDS) • Delivery of clinical dashboard and public reporting
