CCS RM6126 - Provider Research for National Digital Channels

Further Competition conducted via the Crown Commercial Services RM6126 Research & Insights- Provision for a research supplier to conduct a high-quality research project with NHS primary and secondary care providers, to understand how they are currently adopting the NHS app, what their perceptions of the app are (especially relative to other healthcare apps), and what unmet needs can be identified. The aim of the research is to support the 2023 primary care recovery plan and inform strategic planning in national digital channels. This will be for the duration of 3 months.
