Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council seeks to commission specific support for migrants and other vulnerable young people aged 16 - 18 who are not in education, employment or training and have a right to study/work in the UK and live in the Black Country. The cohort will consist of migrants and other young people who have had their education interrupted by a range of issues that could include: seeking refuge, PTSD, emotional and physical traumas, bullying, social and mental trauma and language difficulties; and as result are not ready for the transition to education, training or employment.
