The works comprise of various external repairs to the main block and some internal fire detection upgrades. These include but are not limited to; • Various demolition activities. • External works to entrance road including new kerbing and wearing course. • Masonry repointing and repairs. • Electrical works to external of properties including cable tiding and relaying of cables where required. Installation of new internal detectors to LD1 D2 standard. • Various external plumbing items such as new downpipes, clips, and extract fan grill replacements. • Replacement of all windows on block. • Re-Rendering on Elevation C. • Balcony & concrete liquid applied overlay membrane along with various concrete repairs. • Renewed garage roof covering and associated fascia's, etc. • Various fire door installations. • Various signage installations. • Cladding Installation • Garage Door replacements. • New access platform in roof space. • Various plastering repairs. • Replacement of existing balustrades and handrails. • External cavity wall installation with nominated supplier. • Various external decoration. • Façade and external cleaning.
