Southdown Housing - Gas Annual Safety Checks, Servicing, Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Heating Installations and Other Associated Works

The Contract encompasses the undertaking, on a one star basis, of annual servicing, maintenance and repair to gas installations and appliances including upgrading heating boilers and systems within properties for which SHAL holds repairing responsibility. The Contract also includes for responsive repairs and maintenance to complete domestic hot and cold water installations; responsive repairs, maintenance and replacement of sanitary-ware; annual servicing of thermal mixing valves and full legionella testing and monitoring.
