General Building Risk Reduction Remedial Works

This Tender is for a call-off contract for the installation of multiple steelwork projects with a total value of up to £1m per annum. The installation of steelwork is primarily to remediate and safeguard the structure of the estate which mainly comprises of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC). Due to age related degradation and deterioration of the material, measures must be undertaken to support all effected RAAC and in other cases the ordinary weight frame. AGH Solutions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, servicing the Trust estate at Airedale General Hospital. All works will be required to be carried out on the Trust estate.
