Supply & Distribution of Fresh Butchered Meat & Poultry - AWARD

To establish a contract with at least one supplier for the Supply & Distribution of Fresh Butchered Meat & Poultry at UoN and The University of Loughborough. The Contract will cover the supply and delivery of Red Tractor (and non-Red Tractor), Halal, fresh/ frozen meat & poultry products, provided under the TUCO Framework agreement. The University may also wish to include non-core items (pies, tofu, cooked meats etc.), into the product range, as agreed with the Supplier from time to time.
