North Docks - Strategic Masterplan Vision

Homes England, working with Liverpool City Council (LCC) and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), is commissioning a consultancy team to prepare a Strategic Masterplan Vision for the North Docks area. This is a major regeneration opportunity within Liverpool's northern waterfront. The Vision will provide a unified long term framework to accelerate sustainable economic growth, housing delivery, infrastructure investment and high quality placemaking.
