Major Ceremonial Event

Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) along with key Stakeholders to this procurement, are seeking to appoint a supplier that will provide a full end to end event and project management service. The provision for a programme of events in London supporting Ceremonial activities. The core delivery objectives to this project includes but are not limited to: 1) Event management plans 2) Contracting services including stewarding and traffic management 3) Risk assessments and assurance 4) Testing and exercising Further information will be published within the tender documentation.
