Provision of a Selective Licensing solution via CCS framework RM1557.12 G-Cloud 12 - Cloud Software

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council will be launching a Selective Licensing Scheme and is looking for a solution to process Selective Licensing applications, variations and renewals, including the taking of split payments. The solution will need to integrate with legacy council applications and be fully compliant with UK GDPR regulations. The solution needs to be able to process split payments and have a basket functionality to group multiple payments together. This procurement was conducted via the Crown Commercial Digital Marketplace.
