SMarT Administering Body Contract

As part of the findings of an initial review undertaken in 2019, it is the Agency's intention to conduct a further in-depth review of SMarT to understand its future long term requirements. During this time, the Agency will need to implement the Government Digital Services process to develop a new requirement for both SMarT and SMarT Plus which meets the GDS model requirements. This process will allow us to assess potential alternative user friendly models of service delivery to manage claims for both schemes and consider the need to build the new technology.
