Education Training Foundation (SEND: Universal)

As part of the overarching Education Foundation Training case, the SEND Support for Workforce Development section will: - Continue work to build capacity for effective SEND provision across the FE sector, with a particular focus on how FE providers can support young people with SEND to prepare for employment. - Continuation of development and delivery of bespoke training & development on SEND for leaders and middle managers - To continue to build SEND into ETF core work (i.e. the professional standards, ITT framework, leadership)
