Description
Provision of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to raise all planned and ad-hoc work orders on MEICA maintained assets across the 14 operational areas of the business. The CMMS was designed and supplied to the Environment Agency in 2006 and is mandatory for the MEICA teams to use in their asset management function. The existing software support and hosting services will be provided and will include: Software upgrades and new versions Error Correction Technical and operational advice Privileged web access Telephone, email and remote access Help Desk support Dedicated Account Manager and Implementation Specialist Hosting services Subscriptions for all current iPad devices
