GB-Bath: University of Bath 5 West Laboratory Refurbishment

The project comprises of the refurbishment of existing laboratory spaces to provide modernised dry and wet laboratory/ workshop space for the Physics Department. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: - Removal of all existing laboratory furniture and finishes. - Where necessary, removal of the existing ceiling system and exposing the soffit. - Remodelling of the laboratory areas, including fixed furniture. - Full decoration. - New floor finishes. - Replacing existing doors with fire rated DDA compliant door-sets. - Supply and install of new power, data and lighting. - Heating, cooling, and ventilation works. - New powder coated Aluminium windows.
