Description

The requirement is for an auditable rapid messaging capability across the TLB to ensure continuous service and ease of transition. It is vital that there is no break in capability in the current environment of COVID-19, end of transition period for exiting the EU and other possible UK Ops such as BRIDGE. The Provision of Enterprise Messaging is required to provide the following: Critical alerting and high readiness call-in Routine messaging and promulgation of information to disparate personnel with the ability to measure responses and deliver and audit trail (APC, YODA, UOTC) Automated distribution of One Time Passes (OTPs) Messaging Platforms (for Westminster and ArmyNet email to SMS capability) MCTC requirement to alert NOK of contact requests from Service personnel under detention (SUDs) Distribution of MS board results via links Maintaining contact with and updating staff on internal issues
