Oracle EBS Support Upgrade

The scope of work is to contract additional Oracle E-Business Suite Support for new patch downloads linked to the Oracle Premier Support Renewal, as the existing support (previously known as Market Driven Support only includes existing services ) Alongside Premier Support this will allow for access Legislative Payroll Patches to ensure payroll services are up to date with current legislation. Ongoing Updates for the E-Business Suite under applications unlimited. Access to My Oracle Support, for patches and downloads, support documentation and service requests.
