GB-Hornchurch: MW2110 Victor Court Fire Safety Works

1. Scaffolding to safely undertake the works & lift for operatives and materials 2. Replacement full height glazed screens & windows incorporating balcony doors (Screens requiring fire Compartmentation works) East and West Elevations only 3. New screens to incorporate powder coated aluminium spandrel panels or similar 4. Cavity barrier at floor level to each flat (East and West elevations) 5. Additional layer of fire rated plasterboard within all flats to external wall 6. Insulation behind spandrel panel 7. Relocate Aerial and satellite dishes as required 8. Replace flat front entrance doors with certified fire doors including fanlights and sidelights 9. Replace service riser doors and communal doors including frames and glazed fanlights
