Contract for Cash Collection and Cash in Transit Services

This contract is for the provision of a cash collection and cash in transit service on behalf of Durham County Council and its associated bodies including Schools and Academies. The services to be provided include but are not limited to the secure collection, processing and consolidation and onward depositing of negotiable and non-negotiable money to high street banks, nominated cash receiving facilities, and other suitable receiving locations. Cash collections will be from various premises or buildings of various types and designation, such as, but not limited to, customer access points, schools, leisure centres, country parks and other local authority establishments. In addition, this contract will include the provision of a secure cash float service. Please note, as of the Selection Questionnaire issue date, no TUPE requirements have been expressed by the incumbent supplier.
