Hillingdon Employment Support Programme (HESP) on behalf of the London Borough of Hillingdon

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) will appoint a Hillingdon Employment Project Co-ordinator to manage a local employment support initiative. This role will work closely with an Employment Project Worker, employed by a contracted service provider, to deliver tailored support to economically inactive residents. Objectives: Reduce barriers to employment for economically inactive individuals. Provide intensive, wrap-around support to help participants move towards employment or education. Collaborate with specialist training providers (e.g., ESOL, digital, maths, English) for additional support.
