Roofing and Rainwater Back-Up Contract B (South)

The aim of this contract to provide additional Roofing and Rainwater works in order to reduce the number of over-due orders to an acceptable level until new contracts are in place for the ongoing requirement. The council must be able to ensure that all roofs and rainwater drains are maintained to a standard to prevent the ingress of water into homes and communal areas. The council also needs to ensure that preventative drain maintenance is undertaken to remove the demand on responsive repairs. The provision of these contracts will contribute to the health and safety and quality of life of council residents.
