Debt Recovery Services One Stop Shop Call-Off Contract

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency require the appointment of a Debt Recovery Agency for the provision of Services relating to Pre-Legal collections and Legal Recoveries across the UK and internationally. The Supplier shall be required to provide comprehensive and efficient debt recovery Services with the implementation of effective systems and processes to ensure auditability, professionalism and sensitivity. The Services shall be called off as required and therefore there is no guarantee of volumes; however, the Supplier must be able to manage service fluctuations.
