The quality of water produced is critical to our process. 2. It is important that any breakdowns are fixed as quickly as possible. 3. We need breakdown support 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. 4. We need call-out support with 24 hours. 5. We require maximum reliability. 6. We prefer predictable maintenance costs to help with budgeting.
