Highway Surface Dressing 2021

Torbay Council is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor with appropriate resources to carry out Surface Dressing within the Borough of Torbay on both urban and rural roads. The average square meterage carried out each year will be in the region of 30000 m2 - this is a guide only and not any guarantee of the extent of works required under this Contract. Contract extensions are available for 24 months + 12 months following the initial period.
